We offer Private Yoga Therapy sessions and small  group classes.
 
In our Private Yoga Sessions, we take a wholistic approach to each person and teach Yoga practices to help bring about wellness.
 
We can help people with: 
  • Anxiety or Depression
  • Autoimmune disease
  • Back care
  • recovery from injury or surgery
 
We have a large variety of classes to suit your needs.
 
Our Therapeutic Classes are small and designed around the people in the class on the day. These are run by a Yoga Therapist and provide personalised care. We have general classes or specific classes such as Back Care and Stress Relief.
 
Our more challenging classes are Hatha, Flow and Yoga for Core. These classes incorporates both stationary and flow movements. Regular practice of these classes will advance your overall yoga practice by increasing your strength, mobility, breath and body awareness. These classes are not suitable during pregnancy.
 
We love our Restorative and Yin classes where the focus is on recharging and unwinding from the busy week. These classes incorporate long holds (3 to 10 mins) with the support of props such as bolsters, blankets and blocks.
 
Just for fun, we run AcroYoga and Partner workshops which are a great way to workout.
